After several years of desiring to have my book published, I became very frustrated. CLM Publication, and Publishing, LLC cannot be held responsible for any resulting Plagiarism, Copyright Infringement, publicity, academic reviews or financial loss from errors discovered after client initiates printing, submission and/or distribution of their personal materials.

This agreement is for the production of Paperback book 6”x9” or "8x11" workbook that contains ______ pages that have been edited.
Start your publishing company fee DUE at signing of the contract fifty-percent, and second payment of balance is due after second proof is approved.
This Contract is void \ Cancelled after forty-five days of all monies paid at this time are non-refundable if items needed to finish
book project has not been supplied. CLM Publication, LLC will not be held liable for any legal penalties resulting from Plagiarism,
Copyright Infringement, publicity, academic reviews or financial loss from errors discovered after client initiates printing, submission
and/or distribution of their personal materials. Once copyright process is completed, (6-8 weeks) and the certificate of copyright will
be sent to the Author of the book. Books will be delivered within 45 days after CLM Publication, Publishing, LLC
